Each Member may register one Account only. Any Accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify knn77 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Transfer

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an Account or any Balance therein to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure.

Accepted Payment Methods

Own Instrument Requirement

Errors and Manifest Mistakes

Insufficient Funds

Bets may only be placed where the Member holds a sufficient real-money or eligible bonus Balance to cover the full stake amount. The Platform will not permit bets that exceed the available Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total value of real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by third-party infrastructure, including payment processors and internet service providers.
• Losses arising from the Member's failure to comply with this Agreement, including ineligible bonus use or prohibited conduct.
• Any loss arising from events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or regulatory action.

Suspension by the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform or other Members.

Closure by the Company

Following investigation, the Company may permanently close an Account where a material breach of this Agreement is confirmed. In such cases, the Company may retain any Bonus Funds, winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and real-money Balance where permitted by applicable law, particularly in cases involving fraud, identity deception, or prohibited conduct.

Closure by the Member

Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting knn77 support via live chat on the Platform. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure prior to final closure. Any outstanding Bonus Funds not subject to satisfied Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its published dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the Member's registered email address prior to application.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
